I was disappointed with the customer service. I messaged them a couple of times about my order, and it took way too long to get any kind of response. When they finally did reply, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it was just frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again unless they really improve their support, which is a shame because I wanted to like them.

I was just trying to order the same things I got last time, and compared to other sites I use, this felt way more complicated than it needed to be. I expected some kind of quick “buy again” or repeat order option, but I ended up clicking around like I was starting from zero.

Since I’ve ordered from here before, I figured the process would be faster, not slower. It’s not the end of the world, but compared with smoother shopping sites, this felt clunky and wasted more time than it should have.

Like, what’s the point of browsing if half the stuff I need isn’t available? And there’s no clear update on when it’s coming back, so you’re just stuck checking again and again like it’s some kind of guessing game. it got annoying fast, and I ended up buying somewhere else. Not the best experience.
